The River Country® 2" patent pending adjustable SS thermometers has been specifically designed and manufactured with the highest accuracy and craftsmanship around for today's desiring chef, whether you're a novice or a professional.
The River Country® RC-T2SS has been manufactured using all professional grade components, from heavy duty 304 Stainless steel cases to the specially designed and built 316 grade stainless stem, which helps prevent damage and corrosion during years of use. The SS features an easy to read, segmented full range dial. The lens assemblies have been sealed with an industrial grade pliable sealant to prevent fogging and moisture from entering the dial. The RC-T2SS BBQ / Smoker thermometer also features an industry leading small adjustment screw on the back, for making fine calibration adjustments when every degree counts.
The Model RC-T2SS also features an extra long threaded portion shaft which provides for secure mounting on either thin or thick walled smokers or grills. The threads are standard 1/4" NPT, common on most existing grills and smokers or you can easily drill a 1/2" hole and fasten with the supplied hardware and instructions.
